I have been discovering a problem in my Laptop
i bought this Asus PC few months ago
i have a problem with sound
I can hear all my startup sounds but i cannot hear any songs and video sounds
but i can hear only windows default sounds (Beep and prompt sounds).
when i go to volume control it gives a prompt message saying no active mixer device available
Can u please help me
