I bought a Toshiba Laptop A135 with Vista Home Premium installed. That was o2/20/o7 and sense that time the Mouse pad Quit working,The Help and Support Center section of the Start Menu can't be accessed when i try the windows pop up with nothing on them and another window pops up over the top of them that says "Internet Explorer cannot download/from help. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again Later." and now Internet Explorer 7 which comes bundled with the Vista Operating System Crashed and when i try to use it another window pop's up saying that a report has been sent to Microsoft and when a solution is found that they will notify my computer with a hot fix, darn good thing that i had already downloaded Mozilla nightly build and Firefox 3.0 or i would not be communicating with anybody but a with the so called computer repair guy or to see if recovery disk works. I have already tried a Restore and that didn't work. So here I am wondering if any body in this Forum which i read about in PC World may have any suggestions of what i might try or what might be wrong with my computer,Including what i might do or check to get my Mouse Pad working again, according to my computer everything is working fine and I've try everything i can think of. I do have a warranty from Staples where i bought the Computer,But i don't want to use it so soon after i bought it if i can help it,for once i use it and they give me another computer i would have to buy another warranty and all together i have all ready spent aprox. $1400.00 Dollars and don't have any more to spend and don't think i should have to. I can't get any Support from Microsoft even though it is their Help and Support website my computer can't access, and all Toshiba will say is to use the recovery disk or take it back and get another computer, I have already taken back 2 computers and if i take this one back i will be on my 4th computer since December when i bought my first one."BAD LUCK I GUESS"...SO Someone Please Help
THANK YOU Donny

THANKS AGAIN

Well iv had the same problem with my laptop and Internet Explorer 7. It usually occurs when i start opening java apps especially. Its probably a problem with vista home premium, which i also have. How good are you with PC's. Because what i do is hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE, then TASKMANAGER, then click the PROCESSES tab and end task to the iexplorer.exe that are running. I then say FILE > NEW TASK (RUN...), then i input 'iexplorer.exe' and IE 7 opens up again and works fine for a good time unless you use it alot then.
Also you can try a complete re install of your computer and take it from there. maybe it was sone software you installed.

Your mouse i would try reinstalling the drivers for it, uninstall and then reinstall them..

oh and on the side, i prefer Opera (http://www.opera.com), as an internet browser. you should try it if you havent.
