Is it okay to open these ports?

If I open these ports will my computer be more accessible by hackers and/or viruses.
* 6667 (IRC)
* 3783 (Voice Chat Port)
* 27900 (Master Server UDP Heartbeat)
* 28900 (Master Server List Request)
* 29900 (GP Connection Manager)
* 29901 (GP Search Manager)
* 13139 (Custom UDP Pings)
* 6515 (Dplay UDP)
* 6500 (Query Port)
(these ports have to be open for some online games)

By the way im using a linksys router and running tredn micro's PC-cillin

Yes, your computer is more susceptible as more ports are open.

If you have a decent firewall that knows what programs are using what ports then you should be ok.
