hyperlinks not opening in media player

Hi all

Hopefully this is an easy question to answer.

I used to be able to click on hyperlinks for mp3's and they automatically open in media player and play the song and download at the same time.

But now when i click on one it opens the download to temp internet files box, so I have to wait for it to download before listening.

hope this makes sense.
