Non dmg portable apps

Is there a portable internet browser that doesnt require a dmg in order to work. under the account i am in i can not mount disks for obvious reasons. I have looked but have not found any.

Reasons why you can't mount disks are not "obvious."

and.. Portable internet browser?

they not allowed because they allow "dangerous" items to be install on the computer.

Portable internet browser such as portable firefox

You could always download a dmg.. open it, copy the contents to a folder, then zip the folder on another Mac, then take the zip to the limited computer.

I suspect that if you aren't allowed to have dmg files there's reason beyond any "dangerous stuff" such as a boss or it department does not want you running your own applications.

There's been no "dangerous stuff" on a Mac for over two decades as far as I'm aware.
