Familiarity with Office Calendar Sharing?

Our new entity is looking for a way to share and access Outlook without a server. I found OfficeCalendar by Lookout Software. Does anyone out there have familiarity or experience with this? It looks good to me - without having to invest (this early, anyway) in a server.
