tefs.com nuked but logo gone?

Hi, thanks for the earlier post & answer about SpyBot and Lop.com. I FINALLY got my browser back to almost normal! but with all the crap that was happening ie the tefs.com redirection and the Lop page with all the nasty links AND that stupid bottom toolbar that opened up I didn't notice until now that my top-corner icon has changed to the WindowsXP flying flag instead of the IE logo. This is all that remains of the mess so was just wondering if someone could tell me how to get the original logo back? It's not a big deal after all that's gone on in my browser with that damn spyware but I'd like to make it right again anyway. Thanks for the help, your forum is the best!
