Anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

Wecome :)
In OE goto Tools>Options>Maintenance>Store Folder.
That will give you the path of where the files are stored.
You can copy the full folder & it's subfolders to back it up.
Alternatively, you can use a small program such as this
