Setting up small business network

Hi all,

I was just curious at to your opinions on the hardware I have picked out for a network i've been asked to set up.

For a dedicated server, I've chosen this
:
HP ProLiant ML110 G4 Micro ATX Tower Xeon 3040 1.86 GHz 512 MB DDR2 160GB SATA HD Servers - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16859105076

As for workstations, I've picked out: (4 of these)
Acer Power APS285-U-C3521 Celeron D 352(3.20GHz) 256MB DDR 80GB SiS Mirage Windows XP Professional - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16883103021

As I have never set up a network from a dedicated server before, do you think that server will be able to handle basic business software, such as officemate (http://officemate.net), and word processing running to four work startions. Also, a level of difficulty would also be appreciated.

Thanks for your time,
Casey

I don't have enough experience with Xeons to make any recommendations, but for the workstations they seem a little underpowered. Even for budget systems, you should be able to get at least Pentium 4s or Athlon 64s, with 512MB RAM.

hmmm ok... any idea of how much i will be spending on a server and four workstations?
Also, would you suggest replacing those 4 workstations with

Acer Power APFH-EP6310P Pentium 4 631(3.0GHz) 512MB DDR2 80GB Intel GMA 3000 Windows XP Professional - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...2E16883103065?
