I am not even sure this exists, but if it does, could someone please tell me what it is called so I can google it and learn more?

Is this something that happens? You have one very good computer as a server. Say something with dual xeons and 16gb of RAM. Then you have older, or just less powerful computers that log on to that server and use it to run programs. So say Computer 1 and Computer 2 could both log onto Server and run two different graphics editing programs and it would use the servers resources, rather then the client's resources.

Something similar to remote desktop...but with more then one computer able to log into the server at once.

So...is this something that is available? If so, what is it called??

I think I might have figured it out...something about a terminal server and using thin clients.

Thanks for the links!
