asper this post http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/index.php?showtopic=20874
it tells me to delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\{E9F81423-211E-46B6-9AE0-38568BC5CF6F} in order to be able to delete this program from my puter ... evertime I go to delete it it will not let me and I am the computers admin.
is another way to delete this and continue with the uninstall?
will appreciate any help and thanks in advance :)

In regedit, right click on HKey_Local_Machine, left click on Permissions.
Click once on Administrators to select it, then make sure "Allow" is checked for "Full Control," click OK.
See if you can then delete the key.

I was able to delete the 1st 1 on the list but the 2nd on that list is not showing and it still will not let me uninstall it ... I keep getting "set up cannot validate the previous install. It was working fine before the upgrade yesterday. I just want to be able to uninstall so I can reinstall and get it working again.
thx for the reply and in advance :)

Did you find and remove the other registry entries described in the second paragraph of the post you linked to?

This 1 I couldnt find: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\32418F9EE1126 B64A90E8365B85CFCF6
nor HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es
#1 on that list I was able to delete thru safemode.
Still cannot uninstall :(
thanks again and in advance Miz :)
