Help with bluetooth

I've recently updated from windows 2k to vista and i'm having problems installin my bluesoleil dongle which i'm having no luck with... i've searched google for a solution but again... no luck :hmm:
I'm tryin to get images from my fone to my pc but can't find anyway to do it... I've downloaded mobiledit but that won't work either for some reason... does anyone have any ideas on what i could do?
