delete unneeded programs in vista

hope this is the proper forum. i bought a nice laptop about a month ago, with vista. now i am getting around to getting rid of some of the standard junk that comes with it. i opened up the programs and features under control panel.
1-is there any problems i deleting these programs
2- should i use vista uninstall or the program's? is there any difference?

google toolbar- i use firefox to browse
google toolbar for IE
internet offer {from people PC}
yahoo music jukebox

If the program has its own uninstall, use it otherwise vista version of add/remove would be okay to use.

If you are wanting to get rid of the programs you have listed, go for it - they are not needed.
