ie6/error403/animated gifs

hi all i need some help pleeease

i can no longer see the animations working on animated gifs. i can only see the still image. i have been able to see them in the past.

also i keep getting error 403 forbidden internet explorer when i click on links.

i have ensured that i have latest ie and have used the win cleanup wixard thingy to defrag etc.

i use zone alarm pro but switching it off doesnt make any diff to the animations, nor does the display animation option in toolbar.

i really wanna see the animations
i dont understand the error message

Hi Mimo, welcome to CTH :waves:

Let's start by cleaning out the Internet Explorer cache because there may be some corruption in there which is causing this. In IE go to Tools > Internet Options and in the section about Temporary Internet Files click the button to delete them all. Then close IE and try again.
