I am going to buy a Macbook pro with windows vista.I use the ADS DVD Xpress DX2 right now to capture video. The ADS DVD Xpress DX2 does not work with vista and I don't think it will it works great I wish it would work with vista.I want to get a usb capture device that I can hook my vcr which has composite cables into my laptop.I was thinking about maybe getting a usb capture device for the mac side but I will upgrade to Leopard when it comes out so I don't want to get one for that side because I don't know if it will work for Leopard.Any Ideas on Usb Capture devices?thanks

Hard post to read. You should slow down and try and write a bit more clearly.

There are a few capture devices for the Mac. The most notable is EYEtv, http://www.elgato.com/

And I wouldn't worry about things not working with Leopard. 90% of the time OS upgrades don't cause issues with third party items, if they do, the third party manufacturer will update their drivers.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy anything from FORMAC. That company has the worse support and service I've ever seen.
