Password manager & geigar counter noise

Vista Premium
2 GB RAM
320 HD

My hard drive makes the “Geiger counter noise”. Especially after reboot as everything checks in. If this is normal, no problem I can deal with it.
The computer is brand new.

I can’t use my old Semantic password manager. Once you’re used to it, it’s hard to go back to my PW piece of paper.
Anyone know of a pass word manager?
