Hi,
I have cable internet, with (thankfully) a NetZero dial-up as a back-up...
The cable has been out today (not all the lights showing on the modem), but now all the lights are back on.
I've unplugged cables, restarted etc... but can't get back online with cable internet... it keeps telling me the Local area Connection has limited or no connectivity.
I've clicked on 'repair,' but again, no luck.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Richard

I have charter and my modem came with a installtion disc, if you have one have u tried to re-install? Also, have you talked to anyone from your cable company to see if there is a problem in your area that they just haven't gotten fixed yet, or asked them to walk you through the steps for when the 'signal jumps' ? Sorry for answering your post with questions, but that happened to me as well so just passing along what I did.

Many thanks for your reply...
The strange thing is that it all seems to be working OK again now!
I haven't called the cable company yet (it's Time Warner, and they're the pits!)... but I suspect it's what you said... the signal jumping...
Thanks for your help!
