Getting a WiFi access point with the Wii
Hey folks! My brother is trying to get online with his Wii. He doesn't have a PC at home. He's using public WiFi to get online but the signal is weak for him. If he's lucky enough to even connect, he can only do so for a few minutes at a time.
He's trying to find some way to get a stronger signal so that his Wii can connect more reliably. Anyone have any experience using Wii-compatible USB WiFi adapters or anything like that which strengthens the WiFi signal for the Wii? |

Well he's connecting from home, so the connection could be from anywhere. There is a McDs nearby that has compatible public WiFi. He was wondering if he'd be able to generate a strong enough signal to reach that, though I dunno if that's possible.

there really is nothing your friend can do. In fact your friend could be violating the law. You need to check the laws in your area before continuing
