I recently asked a website to set me up with a new account for something. The person proceeded to send me a file called license.inc
It is a 1.2 KB file, I open it and it automatically opens in notepad is just a bunch of random letters and numbers and characters such as /.
I was thinking maybe there is a program I need to download in order to properly open this ".inc" file and view whatever the characters mean.
Any ideas?
