won't print coupon

[perplexed]

I can print coupons from other sites fine so I know my printer is working but from this site www. naircare.com I can't , does anyone know if I need to enable something??? I have xp.others can print it but I can't.

It just sits there and does nothing but shows the page with the little printer throing things from printer to computer.
