Okay, I know this is a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure it out. How do I put page numbers in? But I want them to start on a certain page. (I think it's the fifth). I already marked the 'don't put 'em on the first page' box, and whenever I put in a footer, even if I click it to be on the 5th, it will number all of them (except the first) and if I try just putting a '1' on the page I want to be number one, they all say page number one in the corner.

I really want to get my book published, but I can't figure this out and is very frusterating!!!!
