Any good back-up software out there?

Does anybody know a really good back-up program. I've been using Memeo Back-Up software but due to a recent update from Microsoft to their .Net Framework it no longer works, and this will more than likely affact some of your programs aswell.

With Memeo it backs-up as soon as a file/folder is created/saved/modified.
