Reactivating MS Word?

Hello,

I recently installed 512MB of memory into my computer, and now MS Word is telling me it has detected a significant change in my computer's configuration and I must reactivate it. The "activation wizard" says I should insert the MS Word 2002 CD and click "next". I did, and a window appeared that read "preparing to install". That remained for a few seconds, then both windows disappeared, and MS Word is still unactivated. I cannot save or create any new documents until it is reactivated. :confused:

Any advice?
