--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wasnt sure if it should go here or hardware section so i posted here.

The problem is when playing games such as WoW and savage (only games installed at the moment) my game just freezes up for a second and the monitor goes to standby. Im forced to press the restart button each time and this happens alot. I happens sometimes 5 mins into the game or could be hours so im not sure what it is really.

wasnt sure if it was my psu as sometimes the one led fan doesnt spin very fast atall only the main back fan works 100% but ill post my specs let you have a look.

I wouldn't rule against this forum if I were you. An hour to wait for a reply from members who live all around the world??? Not all of them awake at 4 in the morning either.

What games did it play in the past? Surely not WoW? Not on a Radeon 9550 and system with only 512mb ram. Just my opinion here.

Have you opened your computer lately and cleaned the dust out? Making sure there is no dust on or in any fans?

And btw, yes, your problems are important, but so are those other members problems too. Have a little patience.

It appears as though he posted those two comments 3 days apart, I could be seeing it wrong though... (not just 1 hour as was previously stated).
I had a similar problem (comp. freezing up at completely random times) and couldn't figure out what it was - I finally just re-formatted... seemed to work for awhile for me, but it still did it sometimes, just not as often.
Luckily my mobo fried so I had to get a new one anyway - problem solved for me :D
But... if you haven't already, I'd say make sure all of your drivers are up to date with the latest release (graphics card mainly). Also, have you tried turning the graphics down on said games? I found that the games run smoother for me after I turn the graphics down (in WoW, turn everything to the lowest setting, turn the weather detail off, etc - anything to give your graphics card a bit less strain).
Not sure though, just a few thoughts. Hope it helps :D

He sure did post three days apart. I looked at time only. But I really didn't like him calling this forum bad so, if he left, good riddance.

And had he posted this in Hardware (which seems to be his problem) he would not have waited three days to get an answer.
