netgaurd-ntl....virgin netgaurd ?????? - moved by Tom

Hi, I,ve been running ntlnetgaurd, a free anti virus program provided by cable company UK.
I,s recently been taken over by Virgin Media.
Now I,m getting warnings that my anti virus is not up to date.
The way round this is to download Virgin/netgaurd, I had a quick google of it and it seemed to cause people problems.
Anybody got any advice.
Should I download it or not?
