Hi guys
sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place am new to all this and just starting to find my feet.
i bought a pariot laptop from a friend for £50 oldish model running Windows Me when i use the laptop the mouse goes haywire and then freezes without even touching it and i can find a way to fix it so i want to format the hard drive and start again,
however the laptop came with no cds etc i have a copy of win 98 (orignal) with numbers etc that i bought a few years ago and never used i want to if possible format the machine and install this version of 98.
could anybody out there please give me any advice tips help etc of how to do this?
