View Full Version : Outlook Express freezes

I have an email in my inbox which will not delete. When I right or left click on the message Outlook Express freezes. I have tries deleting it without the preveiw pane and have tried tricking it by highliting the messages on either side along with the shift key. Nothing works. I have XP. Any ideas?

Ensure preview pane in Outlook is disabled (View > Layout, then uncheck Show Preview Pane. Then right-click on the message and select Delete.

Tried disabling preview pane and it still won't delete.

Now I can't delete anything from the inbox. Also there is one particular file that if clicked causes outlook express to freeze. I can delete from sent or deleted file.
