Ae Of Mythology.

This seemed to be the right place to put it in, in my view.
In age of Mythology the titans, the elephanst have people with spears on them, they are notin my game, I have age of Mythology the titas, and I just have regular ones, I have seen many videos with those elephants, but no videos with the kind of elephant tat I have.
I want to know if this is a patch, or something is wrong with my disk...

The only elephants in AoM, apart from the Gaia ones (as food), are the Egyptian War Elephants, which are melee attackers. There are however elephants with ranged attacks (archers/javelins) in other Age of Empires games. You may have also seen an AoM mod with custom units.

In a unit list also, I saw a bunch of pctures of units, and these were the ones they had. I alsoe have yet to different picture of the elephants in my copie, I only see the javelin ones.

The elephants in that video are the War Elephants, and are clearly only using melee attacks.

But thats my problem, in my game the elephants dont look like anything like that, they have a blanket on them, nobodys riding them, and they are thinner, if your version(if you have it) has those elephants and mine does not, something may be wrong.

You didn't make that clear in your posts. Can you please post a screenshot of the units in your game.

Yes I see, that is obviously a different unit to what it should be. I notice you're using the terrain editor to place those units, do the same ones appear when actually playing the game and building them?

If not, you've probably selected the wrong units to place in the editor, but from what I remember of the game the only elephants available are the Egyptian ones and the Gaia ones, I'd have to reinstall it to check. But if they appear in gameplay as well, I would say you've perhaps installed a mod that changed the units. A corruption or other random oddity wouldn't give you units looking the way they do in your game. You could try uninstalling the game, then reinstalling.

They do look the same in game play, I never had a mod, except a couple days ago I installed a patch, which is so it works properly, ( I thought it would get those elephant) ok, Im gonna uninstall it, than rienstall.
Edit: I just put it back on, and nothing changed.
