I did when it was first released but didn't have the time to play with it at all.
I would be careful though.

...Less than a week after launching its first beta, in response to rampant criticism, Apple has released a security update to fix three vulnerabilities in the Windows version of its Safari browser.
As many as 18 flaws were found with the browser immediately after it was released for the Windows platform on Monday. In spite of the fact that it is only a preliminary beta version, critics had strong words for Apple, which has always prided itself on bug-free software applications.

at this time I will not be giving Safari a try. Normally I do not mind running beta software but in this case I will have to pass because of security issues from the start. Maybe once it is established as a windows product I will give it a try. Their inexperience is showing at this time.

I won't be using it seriously, but it'll be handy to have installed for web development work.

I only recently downloaded it, and I haven't had any trouble with spyware, which is what I usually get, compared to firefox or IE. But we'll see, maybe the exploits haven't gotten around enough yet.
