Installing Tiger Woods 06

I'm trying to install Woods 07 and I'm getting a couple of errors. The first one when I'm installing from the disc reads this: 'D:\Courses\REF\ref.tcr' cannot be copied.

I contacted EA and they suggested I copy from the discs to the hard drive and try installing from there. Now I'm getting: 'Cannot copy ref: Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)'

Huh?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
