Call of Duty/Call of Duty UO problem in menu

I recently had to re install both Cod 1 and Cod UO. Once everthing was installed I went to the Main Menu Of Cod 1 and noticed that theres no words...but I can hear the sounds the words make when I move the cursor over where I Know the words are.

So does anyone know anyway to fix this?...both my Cod's have this problem with the no words in the menu.
