I would like to get a MCP for win XP, is thr any guide lines for me to take reference on, and learn?

Here's a good place (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/beginner/default.mspx) to have a nose around, I know it isn't free courseware, but it's welll worth a look to ensure you go down the correct path.
