Advice on graphics options

Hi, I need advice on whether or not i should enable 2 options in my graphics..
i have a sucky computer and it lags all the time on 3D mmorpg that i always play like pristontale and others... so I want to see if enabling these 2 options will reduce the lag..
could you also tell me what else i should enable or disable for best performance?
it is a crap 64 mb intel extreme graphics chipset...

Those two options will provide a minimal performance increase, small enough not to be noticed. Image quality may improve slightly. But, most likely, not for any of the games you play. If you're getting machine lag now, enabling those features won't reduce it. You need a graphics card if you want to play games.

I don't think that there will be an increase in performance if you change these 2 options.

There are no options that exist that will give you a noticeable performance increase, without resorting to lowering graphics quality in-game, or a hardware upgrade.
