I Need A Narator Thing

right i need a narator thing so i need a narator voice to say what i type because i want to say a name wich isnt on a a narator site so i want to type something like : cybertechnology and the narator to say it and then i need to save that voice file and then use it on my movie maker to make my vid if u can help me ill be happy :D

Let me try to understand what you need. You need a software that will allow you to type something and it will read it back to you? And then you want to save it as a sound so you can use it and make a video?
