This computer is less than a year old. The "New Member" gave good advice. It is not very nice to blast someone for giving advice you do not like to hear. Just ignore it and wait for some more.

That being said, You have not stated the full issues with this computer. Also what version of Vista how much ram and stuff like that.

The only thing that sticks out from the log is some Norton leftovers. But if you are having malware issues this is not the place for HJT logs.
