VPN Problems with WINServer 2003
Hi, i have a VPN created with another location. However, when i was connected to this VPN someone else on the same network as me (we do technical support) also tried to login to the same VPN. I know Windows Server 2003 kicks both accounts as you can only allow 1 connection at once. How do i get around this problem. Im nearly sure both accounts will not be able to access the account for a set time.

Unless you use a professional VPN software, the answer is simply no. Windows Server by default doesn't allow many connections to its RAS service and it is usually a per seat license unless you have the licensing server installed (which you'll need to purchase licenses for otherwise no one will connect).
You might be able to create some IPSec rules to block new connections when someone is already connected, but that is about as far as you'll be able to go without buying the full windows license or another VPN software (I would personally recommend Cisco's software).
