I have a built in Wi-fi on my laptop, and the singal strength on my connection is bouncing back and forth fron Low to Very low, and it's making the net slow, is there any antenna or anything that i can buy for my laptop to increase the singal strength?

In general the answer to your question is no, but there may be exceptions. Can we get the details on the laptop you have?
You may be able to do something at the router or access point(AP) side? What are you connecting to wirelessly? Are you running 802.11b or 802.11g?
About how far away from the wireless router/AP do you usually work?

if I'm understanding correctly your using windows internet connection sharing and connecting your laptop to your desktop pc? if so, did you try connecting the laptop directly to the router instead of going through the desktop?

150ft... That an awfully big house. :^)
I take it the wireless router is not in the same house. That means you have several walls and possible some trees between you. That explains the low signal strength.
See MS's suggestions on increasing signal strength HERE (http://www.microsoft.com/athome/moredone/wirelesstips.mspx).
The gist of it is most likely you either need to upgrade your laptops wireless or upgrade the antenna on the router. But, you should read the article yourself.'
