Wireless Help please

Well I have a router that directly connects to my wireless router and my wireless router directly connects to my computer...

Can somebody help me set up my computer for wireless networking so that I only use 1 router? please help

heres my info

Internet: Comcast High Speed Internet
Webstar DPX2100 Series Cable Modem
Netgear WGT624 v3 Wireless Router

I only have 1 pc networked but I use my wireless router to go on Xbox Live
I dont know if I am using ICS


OS: Windows XP SP2

IP Adress: 192.168.1.3

Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Actually, it looks like you have a modem and a router, not 2 routers. The only way to get rid of one of them is to get rid of both of them and get a wireless router/modem combo. Unless one of them isn't working I'd suggest sticking with what you have.

Is there a reason you want to make your PC wireless, besides getting rid of one of the devices?

my room isn't wired with a cable so the computer can't go in my room it has to stay in my moms room. So I want it to be wireless so it can be in my room. I think i'll get a router/modem combo. thanks

Again why do you want to change to one device. Things should work with the two?
