Can you txt a word to a number and get a game and/or a ringtone?(free). Kinda like the tv commercials only on the internet?.?

Only if you setup your own internet-to-telecommunications network gateway. This costs money and requires a complex setup. But if all you're after is to transfer data from PC to phone, you should know that this can usually be done via infra-red (IrDA), Bluetooth, or a USB cable for your phone.
