Hi. I've suddenly started having some problems opening files. If I go into my documents and try to open a Word or Excel file it can take 2-3 minutes before it opens!
The same thing happens when I open a zipped folder. I can't remember how Vista unzips folders, but after downloading a zipped file from someone online, it defaulted to Adobe to unzip the folder. This did not work.
Eventually I downloaded Winzip and got the file to open; however, it also takes literally 2-3 minutes just to unzip a file.
Is some file on my system corrupt? Could I have a virus?
