Hello everyone! My son bought this mp3 player and we are having problems getting it to recognize the hardware. Everything else is installed but it just keeps saying that no device is found. We have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled. We have been through all of the trouble shooting and still nothing. The guy at the store said that this was a great starter mp3. So far, it is not user friendly. Can anyone help?????
