USB Key Reader MP3/MP4 Player

Hi

I'm wondering if such a device exists, something that you plug your USB key into and it plays MP3 files on it, and/or MP4 files on it, the device should be battery powered, portable, and takes in any flash drive

I've seen the Lexar jump drive, but thats for Lexar Drives only, or so I've read
I've seen ones for cars as well, but then they are for cars
