Explorer.exe problem

Ok recently I've downloaded Sony Vegas 7. After restarting my CPU after the download explorer.exe keeps crashing. I go to the task manager and i try to run explorer.exe but it keeps closing itself.

I've deleted sony vegas 7 , scanned my cpu using AVG and Vundofix.. I'm also able to run applications through task manager, however any time I try to run explorer.exe it crashes and closes itself without an error message.

Vundofix worked for about 3 days then the problem came back.

Well I used combofix and it worked so hopefully it stays this way. :D
