just today i tried to burn a CD using itunes, & itunes keeps saying that the burner can't be found. & i know we have a burner, i've used it before, & it says right on the computer that there's a burner. i looked at the device manager, & it said that the device could not start because it could not load the driver software. i don't know what to do, any suggestions? i need to know very soon, cause i need these cd's by 7 o'clock tonight.
