Virtual House

I am remodeling my house and would like to know if there is a program on the market where I could "virtuallY" paint my house or move walls to see the effects?

There are some budget house modeling tools that you can usually buy at hardware stores where paint is available. Not particularly powerful, but the next step up is a complex 3D modeling program which is overkill.
