Good Program?

Someone online recommanded WebcamMax (http://www.webcammax.com/en/index.php) for putting graphics on Ustream (http://www.ustream.tv/), than someone suggested it was a system hog type of software. If its true that its a system hog, does anybody know one that isn't?

Hmm.. no responses, ok well than are there other programs like WebcamMax (http://www.webcammax.com/en/index.php).

I don't know what to search for this type of program.

Hmm.. download.com didn't seem to have a great rating on that program.

I recommend VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/), but it may be too complex to set up for some people.
