huge emergency! please please please help! please!

I accidentaly deleted files off of a computer. i put them int he recycle bin and then emptied it. the computer is on a network so it affected all the other computers. i deleted VERY important files. i need to know if an administrator of the network can recover those fiels because the computer they were deleted from was not an administrator. is there ANY way i can get the files back? will the administrator have those files?! it's a windows i'm not sure what kinda. i think 95 or 98.

Yes there are ways to recover files. There are software that can restore them. I don't know of any free ones, but you can try trials. Here's some I found, hopefully one of them will help you.
