I'm trying to unzip several files sent to me. Does Vista have a program that will do that or will I have to download a WinZip type program to accomplish this? Thank You.

You should be able to doubleclick the zip file,click file then click extract.

Nope. Everytime I do that there's a box that pops up asking me do I want to open the file or save it to disk and it asks which program should the computer use to open it.

Do a web search for 7ZIP and download and install it.
It's free and will unzip them for you.
Once it is installed,right click the file,choose 7ZIP and
choose extract here.
