Macromedia Flash Player Issues

I wasn't sure about whether this should be in Vista or not but I have a user with issues running Macromedia Flash player files. She's using Vista Home Premium and it won't install the flash player. Is there a way around this or is she kind of stuck? She's trying to load a small game program that she is working on for a class.

Apparently even trying to direct it to run in IE isn't working either.

Hmm....well the odd thing is that my friend who is running Vista Ultimate I believe doesn't have any problems with his flash player. I don't know. I was hoping to get her up and running tonight yet but may not have the time. Thanks for the reference.
