File > Save for web
Not sure what the issue is jpgs are jpgs Adobe doesn't do anything special to them.

thats what i did. and the extension is still .jpg
but both myspace and photobucket was not uploading them. Myspace was saying file not supported. So i hit command I on the image and another jpg image from my camera. the one from photoshop said Adobe Photoshop JPEG file and the one from the camera said JPEG image. So im assuming that is what the problem is

it's not the problem. Photoshop makes standard jpg images. It's the #1 professional editing tool in the world. Surely you don't think Adobe would mess something up like basic jpgs.
The extension SHOULD be .jpg. if it isn't then there's a problem.
it's possible that you're just having connection issues that are corrupting the file. If you drag the Photoshop jpg to a web browser does it display correctly?

The web browser displays the image just fine.
i dont' believe that it is a connection problem because a normal .jpg straight from my camera can be uploaded by both photobucket and myspace. but the one entitled Adobe Photoshop JPEG file does not?

Where are you seeing "Adobe Photoshop JPEG"? Is that the title of the file? if so.. change it to remove spaces. If the image displays in a browser window, the image is fine.
From the sounds of it you just don't know how to name images for the web properly. You should avoid spaces and odd characters and stick to only letters, numbers, underscores (_) or hyphens (-).

i am finding that title in when i command + I the image. then it is under the kind category. None of my file names have spaces or odd characters. The file name is bike

Well there's something else happening that's causing the problem, not Photoshop.
I've been using Photoshop for nearly 20 years and never had a single issue with any jpg its ever created.

If you're actually saving it as a .jpg file then it should work like any jpg file.
On the off-chance you're saving as some other format (psd?) then renaming it to .jpg you could have a problem. Just to give it another shot, try opening the file, "Save As" jpg (give it a new name), then try to upload the new file.

i have tried everything. So i have a question when you save a file as a jpeg in photoshop and look at the information of the file and what kind it is does it call it an adobe photoshop jpeg file or just a regular jpeg?

The "Adobe Photoshop Jpeg" only means the file is associated with Photoshop.
I do not understand why you simply refuse to believe me when I post that there is no difference and you are merely reading the file association information, not actual image data.

Have you actually tried to upload them and failed? If so, what happens? If you get an error message what does it say?

If there is no difference between them, it is an odd coincidence that regular jpegs can be uploaded no problem but the ones that are only associated cannot be. On myspace it says "file not supported" and on photobucket it just acts like its loading for a long time. i waited over ten minutes with the same results. Then i canceled and tried with a normal jpeg and it worked in a matter of seconds. Then i re-tried with the adobe jpeg to make sure it wasn't the connection and it just sat there again? So by testing like that i am left to believe that something is different with the adobe photoshop jpeg file.
I appreciate all of the support by the way

Seems it could be a problem with Myspace and probably Photobucket not updating their software to accommodate variations of jpg's created by newer versions of Photoshop. Browsers and other web apps don't seem to have an issue.
There are others who have a similar problem and some workarounds noted in this thread at the Adobe forums...

Try to open them in another graphics program like Irfanview and "save as" jpg. That might restore the standard jpg format. I'd give it a try myself but I have an older version of Photoshop and it doesn't have that compatibility issue.
